    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the state of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

    The Event implements security measures to protect personal data and ensure the safety of attendees. However, the User acknowledges that participation in any in-person or virtual event carries inherent risks. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any security breaches, unauthorized access, or loss of data beyond reasonable measures taken to secure such information.
    ---12. Users Outside the USA
    The Event is operated virtually and co-hosted by the Organizers, both of which are in United States and New Zealand. Attendees accessing the Event from outside the U.S. do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. The speakers will endeavour to tailor content to an international audience, however, the Event makes no representation that all its content or services are appropriate for users in other jurisdictions.

    By attending the Event, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, speakers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from their participation in the Event.
